Assistance to immigrants

Our SERVICE OF SOCIAL AND LABOR INTEGRATION WITH IMMIGRANT PEOPLE, articulates a series of services, actions and instruments for the reception and assistance to immigrants, paying special attention to women, who are unemployed or want to improve their employment, in social disadvantage that enable their social and labor integration. In order to respond to the following objectives:

• Detect the real needs of the people who participate in the service.
• To enable the acquisition of social skills to deal with everyday situations and achieve a high degree of autonomy and personal development.
• To improve their level of employability by increasing their professional skills through training actions.
• Motivate the search for employment through group actions oriented to knowledge and management of skills, tools, resources...........................................................................................................................................................................................................................
• To facilitate that the users in process of search of employment accede to processes of selection different from those derived from the prospection with success.

All this through pre-labor actions such as:

• Labour Intermediation
