Collaboration program for business prospecting and job placement initiatives
At Kairós, through our job placement agency, we are launching a new employment program. Collaboration Program for Business Prospecting and Job Placement Activities (PRO-GO)Funded by the Government of Aragon through the Aragonese Employment Institute.
To whom it is directed
People registered with INAEM and referred to our program by their employment office.
No special requirements are necessary in terms of age or other characteristics.
The Project
Achieve greater efficiency in matching labor supply and demand, taking into account the professional and skill profiles of the program's target audience, in order to provide companies with the most appropriate profiles for their requirements and needs. This will be carried out by employment agencies acting as partners of the Aragonese Employment Institute.

- Identify and develop new employment opportunities
Program objective
Improve and enhance business prospecting, job offer recruitment, and labor intermediation processes within the Autonomous Community of Aragon.
PRO-GO PROGRAM
New methodology for business prospecting and job search combined with intermediation to improve the employment prospects of participants.
actions to be developed:
- Job interview and professional profile analysis
- Prospecting and identifying the needs of the business community in terms of job coverage, training, and worker skills.
- Information and advice on contracts and measures to support activation, hiring, and integration into companies.
- Collection of job offers resulting from the prospecting carried out.
- Preselection of suitable candidates from among participants who are registered job seekers at employment offices, for job offers identified through the prospecting carried out.
It will be the employment offices who will refer participants to the organization.
Kairós performs with one group of 30 participants in Zaragoza
The duration The program lasts 20 months, from November 3, 2025, to March 3, 2027.
