Individualized Tutoring. Individualized process of professional orientation where the technician and the user agree the steps to follow through the "insertion itinerary".
Development of personal aspects for the occupation. Its objective is to develop and acquire skills and resources to overcome personal barriers and take responsibility for the development and adjustment of its personal project of labour insertion.
Job Search Group. Your goal is to have the person know the tools and acquire the skills needed to do a job search in an active, organized and planned way.
Interview Workshop. It is a collective action aimed at increasing the basic teóricoprácticos knowledge and personal resources to face the job interview with more chances of success.
Intermediation
Labor intermediation consists of bringing job seekers and employers into direct contact with each other. The primary objective of the labor intermediation process is to establish a direct relationship between job seekers and employers. Employment relationship between jobseekers and employers to meet the needs and interests of both. The procedure of the intermediation service shall be governed by the principles of confidentiality, non-discrimination and transparency of information.
To articulate the process of labour intermediation it is essential to obtain an adequate adjustment between the offers received and the professional profiles of the candidates. To this end, we have professionals in labor intermediation and computer applications designed as they allow us to optimize the process.

Prospecting is a tool for Approach between companies and jobseekers. We understand that human resources departments and employment counseling services are the two sides of the same coin.
Thanks to the work of the Labor prospecting team we can have:
