We promote the employment of people with intellectual disabilities.
In the employment area of Kairos we work so that people with intellectual disabilities walk in a more inclusive society and are integrated into the labor market as full citizens.
Through the "ALIANZA" project, we accompany and support people with intellectual disabilities through a series of individual and group activities.

Our Objective
Promote the employability and social integration of people with intellectual disabilities through the necessary actions for their insertion in inclusive work environments, with equal opportunities and working with the community as an integrating space.
The actions are oriented to social and labor integration with a double aspect: favoring the access to a job for these people with greater difficulties in labor insertion and, on the other hand, promoting their community life, generating collaborative synergies, carrying out awareness processes to achieve full inclusion.
Our work
Our intervention will be developed in three levels of action: initial, developmental and final phase. Based on the development of individualized itineraries where the person is the protagonist of their process through the acquisition of skills and competencies that enhance their autonomy and motivation for their full integration.
For this purpose, different motivational, learning and training activities suitable for each person are used. The accompaniment by the professionals is fundamental in the development of the itineraries as well as in the future process of their insertion in a job where the objective is the maintenance of the same.
