Integrated employment projects (PRO-IN)

for unemployed people under 30 (PRIME)

Financed by the Government of Aragon's own funds through INAEM and by the European Social Fund Plus.

Development of actions to improve the employability of the target population, taking into account the needs and characteristics of each person in order to improve their employability and professional qualifications, with the aim of facilitating and securing suitable employment through personalized itineraries that include information, guidance, assistance, counseling, training, and strengthening of social skills, as well as job search and job placement actions.

The program is developed through a methodology that aims to improve the employability of young people through technical and cross-disciplinary training, motivating them and facilitating their transition to employment with professional guidance from an early age.

 The aim is to address attitudinal, cognitive, skill-based, and emotional aspects that enable students to define a comprehensive project (personal, social, and professional) in line with their abilities and interests.

To whom it is directed

Aimed at people aged between 16 and 29 (both inclusive).

  • Have a minimum qualification of high school diploma or intermediate or advanced vocational training.
  • Be registered as job seekers at one of the Employment Offices of the National Employment System.
  • Be unemployed or have a fixed-term contract that is currently inactive.

Program objective

The main objective is to to activate and motivate young people in vulnerable educational and employment situationsoffering them:

  • Job opportunities.
  • Access to active employment or training policies.
  • Development of transversal competencies to facilitate their employability.

Methodology

The methodology is structured around a "personalized social integration and job placement plan," consisting of five phases:

PHASE 1: Reception and welcome phase.

PHASE 2: Interview phase, profile definition, and itinerary design:

  • Diagnostic interview.
  • Actions to define the professional profile and design the career path.

PHASE 3: Training and motivation phase.

  • Informative training activities and basic skills,
  • Digital skills initiatives
  • Actions to strengthen personal autonomy.

4th PHASE: Job search phase and support in entering the job market. 

5th PHASE: Evaluation and closure phase

     The methodology is designed to address the specific circumstances and difficulties of young peopleproviding intensive, comprehensive and continuous care.

    Requirements for participation

    To access the program, interested parties must meet the following criteria:

    • Educational level: Minimum requirement of high school diploma or intermediate or advanced vocational training.
    • Enrollment: Be registered as a job seeker in an Employment Office of the National Employment System.
    • Employment status: Be unemployed or have a fixed-term contract during a period of productive inactivity.

    Program details

    • Territory of operation: Zaragoza, Teruel, and Huesca (Bajo Cinca region)
    • Duration: 16 months (From February 2, 2026, to April 1, 2027).
