This project is part of the Innovation for Social Inclusion and Social Integration of People with Disabilities Network Program (ISPEDIS) within the framework of the European Social Fund Plus Program for Aragon 2021-2027, being co-financed by the European Social Fund.IASS and Kairos, the IASS and

"Building Europe from Aragon".

Kairos through this action continues to direct its intervention to a group of people with intellectual disabilities over age, unemployed or working part-time, in the development of personalized itineraries giving on this occasion impact on the comprehensiveness of the intervention as people with ID in job search and / or maintenance of their jobs require the development and / or strengthening of all areas that make up a person: health, housing, education, training, work, social relations, etc.. This is why we work through personalized itineraries taking into account the interests, motivations and preferences of the person when developing the actions.

The overall objective of the project is to improve the employability and social integration of people with ID, under equal conditions, providing the necessary support and accompaniment to achieve their insertion in inclusive work environments, working with the community as an integrating space. All this is carried out by a team specialized in the labor insertion of people with intellectual disabilities framed in the labor area of Kairos.

LABORKADI articulates a system of educational activities and personal and professional training:
