INAEM experiential programs
Kairós develops various experiential programs in collaboration with INAEM where it offers training in certificates of professionalism as well as professional experience through work contracts for a year to students working in the sector in which they carry out their training for employment.
The experiential employment and training programs, formerly known as Workshop Schools or Employment Workshops, are temporary mixed public employment-training programs aimed at improving the possibilities of insertion of unemployed people who participate in them through their qualification in alternation with professional practice.
These programs respond to market needs, preferably in occupations related to the recovery or promotion of artistic, historical, cultural or natural heritage, the rehabilitation of urban or natural environments, energy efficiency and renewable energies, as well as any other activity of public utility or of general and social interest that makes it possible to combine formal learning and professional practice in the workplace.
They are aimed at unemployed people who are registered as job seekers at an INAEM employment office, are available for employment and meet the requirements to formalize an alternating training contract.
Throughout the project, which will generally last a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months, student workers will be hired by the program's beneficiary entities under the new alternating training contract modality.
