Integrated employment projects (PRO-IN)
New Opportunity School for young people
Financed by the Government of Aragon's own funds through INAEM and by the European Social Fund Plus.
To whom it is directed
The program is designed for young people between the ages of 16 and 29 years old that:
- Have dropped out of school.
- Lack the minimum training necessary to access the labor market.
Program objective
The main objective is to to activate and motivate young people in vulnerable educational and employment situationsoffering them:
- Job opportunities.
- Access to active employment or training policies.
- Development of transversal competencies to facilitate their employability.
The Project
The program is structured as follows two key blocks:
Practical and occupational actions:
- Training in key sectors such as logistics and education.
- Practical approach to reinforce the proactive attitude in training classrooms.
Guidance and personalized accompaniment:
- Individual actions to guide the vocation and motivation of young people.
- Educational reinforcement and continuous support by specialized professionals.
PRO-IN ENO PROGRAM
The methodology is designed to address the specific circumstances and difficulties of young peopleproviding intensive, comprehensive and continuous care.
Requirements for participation
To access the program, interested parties must meet the following criteria:
- Educational level: Lower than Bachillerato.
- Professional qualification: Not having a qualification higher than Level-1.
- Enrollment: Be registered as a job seeker in an Employment Office of the National Employment System.
- Employment status: Be unemployed or have a fixed-term contract during a period of productive inactivity.
Program details
- Territory of operation: Zaragoza.
- Duration: 24 months (from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026).
