New program for young people promoted by Kairós

  Kairos launches an innovative employment program aimed at young people in Zaragoza.

This is a program of integrated employment projects (PRO-IN NEW OPPORTUNITY SCHOOLS), financed by the Government of Aragon's own funds through the Aragonese Employment Institute and by the European Social Fund Plus.

 Aimed at people between 16 and 29 years of age (both inclusive) who meet the following conditions:

  • Educational level lower than Bachillerato.
  • Not having a professional qualification higher than Level-1.
  • Be registered as a job seeker in one of the Employment Offices.
  • of the National Employment System.
  • Are not employed, or are under a fixed-term contract during the period of
  • productive inactivity.

A team of professionals specialized in career guidance and teaching will develop personalized employment itineraries and various actions aimed at improving their chances of finding employment.

The actions to be developed will be:

Workshop on the logistics sector: forklift handling, packaging, packing, pallet truck use, etc...

Digital skills and online procedures.

Actions of the education system: key competencies, Spanish and English language classes

Motivational actions.

Labor intermediation: contact with companies and management of job offers.

Accompaniment throughout the process.
