The Aragonese cooperative joins the DIE Network after being recognized by the Ministry of Equality for its commitment to parity and inclusion.
The social initiative cooperative Kairós is now part of the DIE Network (Distinctive of Equality in Business) after receiving yesterday at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid the award given by the Ministry of Equality to organizations that stand out in the implementation of policies of equality between women and men.
The award ceremony was held as part of the conference "Equality in business leadership: towards parity in decision-making", chaired by the Minister for Equality, Ana Redondo García, together with the Secretary of State, María Guijarro Ceballos, and the Director of the Women's Institute, Cristina Hernández Martín.
On behalf of Kairós, Marta Serrano, Director of Human Resources, collected the award and emphasized that this recognition "gives visibility to the efforts of all the people who are part of Kairós and who, day by day, work from equality to generate real opportunities".
For his part, the manager of the entity, Gregorio Centro, emphasizes that the award "is a boost to continue transforming society from the local level, with a global perspective, advancing in equality, diversity and inclusion".
With this seal, Kairós becomes one of the Aragonese entities that are already part of the DIE Network, a shared space of companies committed to co-responsibility, conciliation and parity at all levels of responsibility.
