The Ministry of Equality recognizes the Aragonese cooperative for its model of parity management in the decision-making process.

The social initiative cooperative Kairós has been recognized with the Distinctive of Equality in the Company (DIE) 2025, awarded by the Ministry of Equality. This seal distinguishes organizations that stand out in the implementation of equality policies between women and men in the workplace.

The award ceremony will take place on October 2 at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid, within the framework of the conference "Equality in business leadership: towards parity in decision-making", chaired by the Minister for Equality, Ana Redondo García, and with the participation of the Secretary of State for Equality, María Guijarro Ceballos, and the Director of the Women's Institute, Cristina Hernández Martín.

The DIE Distinction is a national recognition of entities that integrate equality in their corporate strategy and daily management, promoting measures that favor co-responsibility, conciliation and parity at all levels of responsibility.

"This recognition is a boost to our trajectory of more than 20 years working for inclusion, equal opportunities and diversity. It reinforces our commitment to continue transforming society from the local level, with a global perspective," says Gregorio Centro, manager of Kairós.

This national recognition reinforces the position of Kairos as an entity committed to business equality and social inclusion, inside and outside Aragon.
