The “Kairós Impulsa” project, funded by the Government of Aragon and the European Social Fund Plus, supports young people under the age of 30 in entering the workforce through personalized pathways

Kairós has launched the “Kairós Impulsa” program, an initiative aimed at improving the employability of unemployed young people under the age of 30 in Aragón through comprehensive support in finding employment.

The program, which is part of the PRO-IN (PRIME) comprehensive employment projects, is funded by the Government of Aragon through the Aragonese Employment Institute (INAEM) and co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+ Aragon 2021–2027).

The project, which will last 14 months, through April 2027, will involve 60 young people: 30 spots in Zaragoza, 15 in Fraga (Huesca), and 15 in the province of Teruel.

Real Support on the Path to Employment

“Kairós Impulsa” goes beyond one-time training and offers a comprehensive, personalized pathway to employment. Each participant will follow a process tailored to their profile, ranging from initial guidance to securing a job.

The program is structured in five phases: orientation, career assessment, skills development, active job search, and final evaluation. Throughout this process, participants will work on both technical skills and key transferable skills, such as communication, independence, and motivation.

In addition, the project includes business outreach initiatives and support during the hiring process, facilitating direct contact with the business community and increasing real opportunities for employment.

Training tailored to market needs

As part of the program, training activities will be offered that are tailored to the needs of the labor market and the participants’ own interests.

These include vocational certificates and technical-vocational training programs, such as those for recreation instructors, IT specialists, and logistics professionals, among others.

Investing in Young Talent

The program is aimed at unemployed young people between the ages of 16 and 29 who are registered as job seekers, including those with permanent seasonal contracts who are currently inactive. Applicants must have at least a high school diploma or vocational training.

Through this initiative, Kairós reinforces its commitment to youth employment, embracing a model that not only improves employability but also fosters personal development and contributes to the region’s socioeconomic vitality.
