COMPLIANCE
Kairós has implemented a regulatory compliance system to guarantee the transparency of its activity and its commitment to regulatory compliance, thus reaffirming its ethical and socially responsible management system.
In order to make this commitment effective, Kairós makes available to both the members of the entity (professionals, volunteers, users, families) and third parties related to the cooperative (external auditors, companies, citizens and/or suppliers) a Communication and Denunciation Channel through the e-mail address: compliance@kairos.coop
Communication and Complaints Channel (Compliance Committee)
The purpose of this channel is to allow any person related to Kairós' activity to report, communicate or denounce facts, irregularities, risks, actions or omissions that may imply the commission of crimes, non-compliance with regulations and laws applicable to the entity or conduct contrary to the protocols and procedures implemented or in place to ensure compliance with such regulations, as well as the exercise of data protection rights and the communication of irregularities or risks in this area.
In this sense, Kairós guarantees at all times the confidential, independent and objective treatment of all communications received through the Communication Channel.
The Compliance Committee is the recipient of all complaints, requests for information or consultations processed through the Communication Channel.
