Kairós has launched the project "Every dipper, a story".This is an awareness-raising initiative aimed at kindergarten and primary school students that seeks to promote respect for diversity and an inclusive approach from an early age. The activity is based on the story Lorenzo's dipper and combines it with the magic of black light theater to offer an artistic and educational experience.
Through an adapted and participatory representation, the students experience in a close and emotional way the story of Lorenzo, a boy who learns to live with his difficulties and to discover his own abilities. One of the most significant elements of the project is the active participation of people with intellectual disabilitieswho become protagonists and positive references in the classroom.
The next December 5Kairós will be offering a special performance of Lorenzo's dipperfollowed by a space for dialogue and reflection with the students. This meeting will allow us to work on values such as empathy, diversity and the importance of coexistence based on respect and inclusion.
The project is Subsidized by the Equal Treatment and Non-Discrimination grants call for proposals. of the Department of Social Welfare and Family of the Government of Aragon, whose support facilitates that this educational proposal reaches different schools and contributes to build more inclusive environments.
